Advancing Accessibility Together: Apex CoVantage at Accessing Higher Ground 2025

There is a powerful energy to knowing a community will gather soon—people who believe education should be open to all. Accessing Higher Ground is one of those rare moments each year when passion meets practice. This November 17 to 21, the event unfolds at the Hilton Denver City Center. The hybrid format held both in Denver and online makes this year’s conference more accessible than ever before.
We are proud to return as Bronze Sponsors. It is a chance to show our ongoing commitment to building technology that makes education more inclusive. It is a moment to reconnect, learn, and share ideas with a community that cares deeply about inclusion.
Accessing Higher Ground focuses on accessible media, Universal Design, and assistive technology in higher education. Hosted by AHEAD in partnership with the ATLAS Institute at CU Boulder, the conference offers over 40 sessions. Topics include document remediation, multimedia accessibility, and compliance with ADA and Section 508. This year’s keynote speaker, Mia Ives-Rublee, a leading voice in disability justice, will set a powerful tone for the event. The conference is a unique space for educators, technologists, and students to learn and collaborate.
We are glad to be back as Bronze Sponsors because accessibility is an ongoing effort. There is always work to do and ways to improve. Our solutions are designed to support institutions at any size, making the job of keeping digital content accessible a bit easier every day. We look forward to showing off some updates in our document workflows and sharing ideas with the people who are on the front lines of accessibility work. Last year was a great start, and we want to take it even further this time around.
We make it easier for universities to create accessible PDFs, course materials, and LMS content, even when dealing with large volumes. We believe in fairness and inclusion through smart digital design. Events like Accessing Higher Ground give us a chance to share what works, learn from others, and build stronger connections across the accessibility community. We are proud to empower this movement with solutions that reduce complexity while meeting evolving compliance demands.
We would really enjoy meeting you at our booth or even catching up online during Accessing Higher Ground 2025. We will share how our solutions can make it easier for institutions to create materials that everyone can actually use. It is not just about following rules; it is about making things simpler for teachers, students, and staff alike. We would love to hear about the challenges you face and brainstorm ways to tackle them. Together, we can create learning spaces where every student feels included and supported.
