Raja Deiveegan

Raja Deiveegan joined Apex CoVantage India in 2013 as General Manager and was promoted as Chief Operating Officer in 2015. In his role, Raja oversees Apex’s India operations and is responsible for business expansion focussing on Europe and APAC regions, superlative customer and employee experience reflecting the company’s core values.

Prior to joining Apex, Raja spent more than 15 years in Healthcare and Insurance domains in various roles where he managed large in-house teams and partners. Raja has been instrumental in bringing about a significant and tangible change in India operations that had a positive impact on the company’s image and growth and transitioning from being a delivery center to self-sustaining business by tapping opportunities in newer geographies.

Raja is known for holding himself and his team to high standards. He is a strong critic of mediocrity, an ardent advocate of hard work, an adept business administrator, and a believer in humble beginnings. Raja holds an MA in English Literature, post-graduate diploma in Operations, and has completed an advanced management program from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
